Customer Care Policy

Company Overview

Tech Dec Painting & Spraying Ltd are committed to providing a high-quality service to our customers. This document explains our Customer CarePolicy and how we proactively strive to provide commercial, industrial and large domestic painting and decorating services, which our customers can have full confidence.

Policy Aim

We aim to carry out excellent painting and decorating of commercial, industrial and large domestic properties whilst delivering service levels designed to satisfy our customers’ needs and expectations to the highest standards. We aim to set clear standards of service and to regularly review and improve performance. We operate in an ethical manner treating customers, employees and suppliers as we would like to be treated.

Complaints Policy

Tech Dec Painting & Spraying Ltd aims to work in an accountable manner, building trust and relationships with our stakeholders and delivering a quality service. We understand that one of the ways in which we can evaluate and improve our service is through listening to and implementing feedback from any and all parties.

Objectives

The objectives of this policy are to:

  • Clearly outline the procedures by which all complaints are handled;
  • Ensure that complaints are dealt with consistently, fairly and sensitively within clear time frames;
  • Provide individuals with a fair and effective way to complain about our service.

Therefore, we will:

  • Ensure that making a complaint is as easy as possible;
  • Deal with every complaint in a prompt, polite, and when appropriate, confidential manner;
  • Annually review our complaints policy and procedures;
  • Keep a register of all complaints which will also be reviewed annually;
  • Notify the complainant of the results of any investigation and of corrective actions taken.

Quality Management Policy

It is the policy of Tech Dec Painting & Spraying Ltd to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008 in pursuit of its primary objectives. The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures.

Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.

The Directors will ensure that suitably qualified personnel are trained and are supported by an effective organisation with the resource to achieve high performance levels, thereby promoting the confidence of customers in the company.

It is mandatory that all employees strictly observe and execute policies, work methods and procedures published in the quality manual or others to which reference is made herein.

To ensure that the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to an annual audit.

The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory, and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to adhere to it.

Recruitment & Selection Policy

At Tech Dec Painting &Spraying Ltd, our staff are incredibly important to us, which is why we must ensure we have a consistent, fair and effective approach to the way in which we recruit and select candidates.

This policy will support the selection of the best person for the job and ensure a structured and consistent approach to the recruitment process. It will also dovetail with our Equality and Diversity Policy.

Training Policy

Tech Dec recognises that staff development and learning is an integral part of the organisation’s strategic planning so that all members of staff can perform their individual jobs effectively and in doing so ensure that the organisation meets its’ strategic objectives.

Tech Dec is committed to the enrichment of each staff member throughout the duration of their employment. The key purpose of this policy is to ensure that learning opportunities and personal/professional development is facilitated, so that each individual can perform their jobs effectively and achieve their full potential.
